How long does the clean stay looking fresh?

A standard pressure wash typically stays clean for 6–12 months depending on shade and weather. Add the optional biocide treatment and you'll usually see 12–24 months before the moss creeps back in.

Do you do block paving with the joint sand?

Yes. Pressure washing strips out the old kiln-dried sand — that's normal. The optional re-sand puts fresh kiln-dried sand back into the joints to lock the bricks and stop weeds.

Light rain is actually fine — pressure washing works regardless. Heavy rain or storm conditions and we'll reschedule to the next free slot, no charge.
