What's included
Lawn maintenance
Up to 12 scheduled lawn cuts during the 2027 growing season
- Lawn mowing
- Strimming/edging as appropriate
- Basic finishing/tidy-up associated with the lawn cut
Power washing
Up to 2 scheduled power-washing visits per membership year
Suitable agreed hard surfaces may include:
- Driveways
- Patios
- Block paving
- Other suitable hard surfaces agreed during the property assessment
Where appropriate, JPC may use suitable chemical treatments as part of the cleaning process.
Hedges
Routine hedge maintenance may be included where specifically agreed during the property assessment. Any included hedge work will be recorded on your Property Service Schedule.
Hedge height, length, access and condition will all be considered. Unlimited hedge cutting is not included, and trees are completely excluded from the membership.

Your Property Service Schedule
Every approved property receives a Property Service Schedule. It records exactly what is included for that particular property — the lawn areas, the hard surfaces, any agreed hedge work, and the number of visits.
Only the services, areas and quantities listed on your Property Service Schedule are included in your membership.
Please note
The £449 membership covers the services and areas specifically agreed for your property.
It does not provide unlimited access to JPC labour, equipment or services.
Work outside the agreed package can be requested separately and will be quoted before work is carried out.
Why do we assess every property?
The membership is based on realistic service capacity. Assessing each property prevents properties being accepted where the £449 package would not be commercially or operationally suitable — which protects the standard of service for every member.

Apply
Submit your property details and photographs.

Property assessment
JPC reviews the property and, where required, carries out an in-person assessment.

Provisional approval
If the property is suitable for the 2027 membership, you will receive provisional approval.

Membership agreement
Your exact included services and areas are confirmed in your Property Service Schedule and membership agreement.

Confirm your place
Complete the required payment/deposit process within the stated deadline.

2027 service begins
Your property is added to the JPC service schedule and visits are planned throughout the season.
Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
Provisional approval does not mean the membership is active until the required agreement and payment process has been completed.
Planned 2027 service season
Lawn maintenance will be scheduled around seasonal growth and weather conditions.
2027 service visits will begin from March, with individual properties assigned scheduled service windows.
JPC will communicate scheduled visits as clearly as reasonably possible.

Limited to 50 properties
JPC is deliberately limiting the 2027 membership to 50 properties so that each property can be properly scheduled and maintained throughout the season.

Clear terms before you commit
Full membership terms and conditions will be provided before membership activation. Your statutory consumer rights under UK/Northern Ireland law are not affected.
Payment and any deposit arrangements will be set out in the membership agreement. No payment is taken at application stage.

Before final acceptance
Approved applicants receive a private link to review their Agreement, Property Service Schedule, Terms, Cancellation Information and Model Form. Complete the required payment process, then accept the documents. An optional, separate express early-start request is available where applicable. JPC then records confirmation before scheduling services.
Membership questions
Does applying guarantee a membership?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Every property is assessed, and membership is subject to assessment, availability, the membership agreement and payment requirements.
Is the membership unlimited?
No. It is a defined annual maintenance package — up to 12 lawn cuts and up to 2 power-washing visits, covering only the services, areas and quantities on your Property Service Schedule.
Is £449 a starting price?
No — £449 per year is the standard advertised membership price. If a property falls outside the standard service criteria, JPC may decline the application rather than increase the price.
Are hedges included?
Only where specifically agreed during the property assessment. Any included hedge work is recorded on your Property Service Schedule. Trees are completely excluded.
Can I get extra work done?
Yes. Members can request additional work at any time — it will be quoted separately before any work is carried out.
When do I pay?
Nothing is paid when you apply. Payment and any deposit arrangements will be set out in the membership agreement. No payment is taken at application stage.
What if the weather prevents a visit?
Visits affected by weather or ground conditions will normally be rescheduled. Full details will be set out in the membership terms, alongside your statutory consumer rights.

What if my property isn't accepted?
We may still be able to help with one-off work — you can request a normal quote at any time.
