Photos you choose to share with us to get a quote.
Details of the work you're enquiring about.

Why we collect it

Solely to give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and stay in touch about your job. We don't send marketing emails and we don't share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries and booking details are kept for up to 24 months in case you come back, then deleted. Photos you send us are kept only as long as the job they relate to.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us at any time to see what we hold on you, correct it, or delete it. Just email jimmysgotyoucovered@gmail.com and we'll sort it.

Complaints

You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you're not happy with how we handle your data — but we'd always rather you tell us first so we can fix it.
